Water companies submit Business Plans to Ofwat. Today water and sewerage companies in England and Wales submitted their Business Plans to Ofwat, the water regulator. The companies’ plans set out their proposed prices and, relatedly, investments and efficiencies for the forthcoming price control period. Ofwat will publish their ratings of the plans in April 2014. Economic Insight has advised Southern Water and Thames Water on various aspects of their plans.
