The Solicitors’ Regulation Authority (SRA) asked Economic Insight to undertake an analysis of its compensation fund claims data in order to determine whether particular factors could be identified that impact the likelihood of claims being made across law firms (for example, whether likelihood varied by size of firm, or other firm characteristics).
