Ofcom has today published the responses to its consultation regarding the appropriate inflation measure to use when determining the annual license fees for 3G spectrum. Economic Insight advised Hutchison Three on this matter – and our previous analysis for them was key to prompting Ofcom to consider a CPI, rather than RPI, approach.
