Socrates Training Limited has appointed Economic Insight to act on its behalf in relation to a claim being brought by the company against the Law Society regarding an alleged abuse of dominance case (Competition Act 1998). Sam Williams, a Director of Economic Insight, will act as an expert witness on this matter, which is to be heard before the Competition Appeals Tribunal.
