James Harvey, a Director of Economic Insight, joined delegates from the World Bank, Defra, Ofwat and the Competition and Markets Authority amongst others for the annual “Water Economics Forum” held in Westminster. James presented our assessment of the implications of the recent energy market investigation for the potential liberalisation of the GB water retail market.
