Economic Insight hosted a breakfast seminar on the first fast-track case to be heard at the Competition Appeals Tribunal (CAT): Socrates Training Limited v The Law Society. The panel discussion was chaired by James Harvey (a Director of Economic Insight) and the panel consisted of the Socrates case team: Bernard George (Socrates Training Limited), Stephen Tupper ( TupperS Law), Philip Woolfe (Monckton Chambers), and Sam Williams (Economic Insight).
