Earlier this month, the University of Loughborough hosted a conference on water industry performance. The event explored the themes of sectoral productivity and profitability – and approaches to cost assessment. Economic Insight Director, Sam Williams, co-presented our work in relation to retail cost benchmarking, alongside Loughborough‘s Dr Anthony Glass (an Associate at EI).
