Today the CMA published its PFs relating to the redetermination of NATS’ (the UK’s air traffic control provider) price control for RP3. Overall, the CMA awarded NATS £63m of additional revenues, relative to those initially set by the CAA (its regulator), meaning NATS as won back 30% of the revenue gap. Economic Insight advised NATS on its redetermination.
