Ofgem today published its Draft Determinations for the RIIO-2 price controls relating to Transmission, Gas Distribution and Electricity System Operator. The determinations reveal significant gaps between the regulator and companies relating to cost allowances. The consultation process closes on September 4 and companies have until then to develop further evidence to influence the outcome of the Final Determinations.
