Today, Ofgem has published its decision to introduce standard licence condition 32A (SLC 32A). SLC 32A enables Ofgem to direct energy suppliers to undertake consumer trials to promote greater consumer engagement. Economic Insight is advising Centrica on its approach to consumer trials in this new regulatory context.
