A blueprint to trial at the Competition Appeals Tribunal

Our colleagues Aastha Mantri and Loy Chen have published an article in the ICLG Class and Group Actions Laws and Regulations Journal. They discuss the recent judgements made by the Competition and Appeal Tribunal (CAT) and the key lessons for expert methodologies in future cases. Namely, that the CAT expects the methodology to provide a ‘blueprint’ for trial, so it can foresee how any issues which may emerge during trial will be addressed. In light of this, their article sets out a practical approach for developing an expert methodology.
