We have responded to the recently launched Cunliffe review, which is expected to be the largest review of the water industry in England and Wales since privatisation. We set out our vision for a future regulatory model for the industry, recommending that the existing model should be replaced by one that delivers:
- A longer term approach that ensures appropriate investment and asset maintenance.
- Consistency and predictability.
- Simplicity.
