The Office of Manpower Economics (OME) published Economic Insight’s report Valuing different workplace rewards, which reviews existing literature on different workplace rewards in the public sector. The aim of this report is to help understand the relative value of different workplace rewards to employees, while focusing on workforces covered by Pay Review Bodies.
