As Head of Operations Rachel manages our Core Operations and People activities, ensuring they are delivered with efficiency, compliance, and excellence.  She leads the Business Support Team and works closely with colleagues across Economic Insight so they can focus on client delivery.
 
Rachel has extensive experience in operational leadership, HR, compliance, and organisational effectiveness, in both large and small organisations.  She is committed to enabling an effective, inclusive, and high‑performing environment that supports both people and business success.
