Dr Luke Garrod

Luke is a Senior Lecturer in Economics at Loughborough University. His research uses advanced theoretical techniques to model the incentives of firms, with the aims of explaining real-world behaviour and improving the effectiveness of competition policy.
Luke has published in leading journals in the field, including the Journal of Industrial Economics and the International Journal of Industrial Organization. He has also worked with the Office of Fair Trading to provide advice to policymakers on market interventions.
