Prior to joining Economic Insight, Emma studied for a bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of Cambridge. In her award-winning final year dissertation, she employed econometric methods to analyse the impact of the UK’s free school meal policy on household consumption. Emma has previously completed internships at the United Nations and the National Institute of Economic and Social Research.
