Two of our colleagues, Ian Thompson and Madeleine Matos, have published in the International Comparative Legal Guide – Competition Litigation 2024. 

In their article, entitled “All Things Must Pass (On) – or Do They?”, Ian and Madeleine discuss: what factors affect the extent of Pass On, according to economic theory; methods commonly used to quantify Pass On; key developments from recent UK decisions; and provide their conclusions.
