We are pleased to share that James Harvey has co-authored a paper in the Review of Industrial Organisation with Luke Garrod, Tien-Der Han and Matthew Olczak.  In light of issues raised in recent damages claims, the paper investigates how ‘passing-on’ and ‘passing-back’ effects may influence the division of harm in the context of a cartel.
